2015 National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC)

imagiCal is the UC Berkeley chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF). As a member of the imagiCal team, I competed in the National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC) against 150 other college chapters to develop and pitch the best integrated marketing campaign for the the 2015 competition client, Pizza Hut.

The following is our competition plans book which details our entire marketing campaign pitch including strategy, creative execution, media planning, public relations execution, and production:

CASE OBJECTIVE

Improve Pizza Hut's mobile conversion efforts with a new comprehensive national advertising campaign urging customers to use the current technologies to order their pizza. The goal of the campaign is to increase the share of pizza orders that are done online by 32 percent by the end of 2015. The campaign must address the following three overall objectives:

  1. Position Pizza Hut as the top choice for customers who order digitally.
  2. Provide the greatest digital ordering experience in the category.
  3. Reach the target of 75% of all orders done online/mobile by the end of 2015.
